About Recalled Today
Recalled Today is a free, independent tracker of product recalls and safety notices in the United Kingdom. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of any government agency.
What you get
- One feed of recalls for households, newest first, with the urgent ones marked. Recalls of hospital, lab and fleet products are kept in Healthcare and labs and Commercial vehicles, and out of the main feed and digests.
- A plain-English summary and a “what to do” line on every recall, written only from the official notice.
- The official notice’s own wording and a link to it.
- Category, company and keyword search, RSS and email alerts, and weekly back issues.
- A product photo is shown only where GOV.UK publishes an image file with the notice.
Where recalls come from
OPSS · Office for Product Safety and Standards, product safety alerts, reports and recalls
Consumer product recalls, safety alerts and product safety reports published on GOV.UK.
FSA · Food Standards Agency, food alerts
Food recalls, allergy alerts and food alerts for action.
MHRA · Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, drug and device alerts
Medicines recalls and defect notifications, device safety information and national patient safety alerts.
Licence and attribution
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- UK notices come from GOV.UK (OPSS and MHRA) and the Food Standards Agency’s open data.
- Each recall page links to its official notice.
- The headline, summary and steps are written by Recalled Today from the official notice; they are not written by any agency.
Before you act
- Always read the official notice. Recalled Today summarizes it, and the agency’s notice is what counts.
- If a recalled medicine or medical device is one you rely on, talk to a pharmacist or doctor before you stop using it, unless the notice says otherwise.
Other countries
Recalled Today also covers the United States, Canada, Europe, Germany (in German), France (in French) and Japan (in Japanese).
