Cadillac recalls 2025–2027 OPTIQ vehicles because front windows may not reverse when blocked
When closed with the key fob's express-up function, the front windows may fail to detect an obstruction and reverse, so a closing window can pinch a passenger before retracting and raise the risk of injury.
What to do
A dealer will update the body control module software free of charge, or it can be done through an over-the-air update. Owners may contact Cadillac customer service at 1-800-458-8006 and cite GM's recall number N262567230.
